My Drugstore Beauty Secrets – Revealed!

I think the drugstore is a great place to find some of your essential beauty finds. There are so many drugstore beauty essentials that I rely on – for example, I almost never buy designer mascara (occasionally I will splurge on Clinique’s High Impact Extreme Volume mascara). I am almost always inclined to buy L’Oreal’s Voluminous lash or any Covergirl mascara. Mascara isn’t the only deal in the beauty department… Read on for what I save by going to the drugstore for! You can create quite a comprehensive beauty toolkit when you know what products work best from the drugstore.

Milani’s Rose Powder Blush is one of the best (if not the best) drugstore rouges you can find. The pigment is great and it’s usually Made in Italy.
My current go-to mascara is Covergirl’s Full Lash Bloom. I think the formula and brush are great, I get a lot of volume with the brush and have found that my lashes never start clumping (some mascara formulas dry out faster and then they cause eyelash clumping!).
This primer from Fresh & Fit Awake Primer by Essence Cosmetics is easily the best skin primer in the game right now. It is comparable to Charlotte Tilbury’s luminous primer (responsible for that incredible glow you see on the Victoria’s Secret runway).
These Walgreens Oil Absorbing Sheets are a life saver when you are on the go and have long days, especially when you want to keep your makeup in tact, but want to freshen your skin a bit.
Rimmel’s Stay Glossy lip gloss series is easily the best lip gloss on the market right now.
Sinful Colors nail polish in Glass Pink. Sinful Colors is very affordable and has quite a comprehensive shade range, which is awesome! This is the perfect ballerina pink with a hint of shimmer for the beginning of the holidays.
